Sorry Bob is a hilariously dark surgery simulator that puts your coordination to the ultimate test, where you play as Nigel Burke with the mission to operate on Bob.

You don't control his whole body—only his floating, incredibly uncoordinated Left Hand. Your goal is to operate on Bob, the world's unluckiest patient, and perform life-saving transplants before it is too late.

How to Play Sorry Bob

Operating on Bob and Managing Blood Levels

The gameplay focuses on performing complex surgeries with extreme clumsiness. As the lead surgeon, you must monitor Bob's blood level constantly. If you are too slow or cause unnecessary injuries, the blood will drain, leading to a "Game Over."

Use medical tools

Before you can reach the organs like the heart or lungs, you often have to bypass the chest and ribs. This requires using various medical tools scattered around the table. You might use scalpels or saws for precision, or even hammers to brutally break through the ribcage. Everything on the table is slippery, meaning you can easily knock over jars or drop your tools. If Bob's health dips, you must quickly use syringes to stabilize him.

Controls

You must coordinate each finger individually to grip tools:

  • A: Pinky
  • W: Ring finger
  • E: Middle finger
  • R: Index finger
  • Space: Thumb

Additional Features:

  • Mouse Movement: Moves the hand across the operating table.
  • Left Click: Lowers the hand to grab tools or apply pressure.
  • Right Click (Hold): Rotates the wrist to adjust your approach angle.
